Homogenizer for various starting materials
SpeedMill PLUSは、様々な開始サンプルからの核酸やタンパク質の精製およびその後の目的物単離に使用することが可能なホモジナイザーです。ターゲット分子を破壊することなく均一にサンプルをホモジナイズすることができる特許技術のプロセスによりサンプル加熱を防止しながら連続使用することが可能な装置です。
Efficient sample cooling: prior, during and after preparation
装置本体に冷却機能はありませんが、冷却使用可能な（-80℃まで）サンプルホルダーを使用することでホモジナイズの工程におけるサンプル融解を防ぎます。
Modern preparation of samples: SpeedMill PLUS
ホモジナイズには開始サンプルに適したサイズや硬さ、材質の異なるビーズ（ガラス、セラミック、スチール）を含む0.5mLまたは2.0ｍLのねじ込みキャップ付きLysis Tube リシスチューブを使用します。
ホモジナイズプロトコルはあらかじめ装置にインストールされているプログラムの他、ユーザー設定プログラムもご利用いただけます。
